Sparring Sessions take place:

Wednesday at 7:00pm 

Sparring is a practice that will make you a better boxer, it is the next step and the natural progression from our Signature Boxing Classes.

During sparring sessions you will truly put learned skills into practice. You will improve your hand and footwork, as well as your Ring IQ. You will learn how your opponent reacts to your offensive moves, identify their mistakes, as well as your own, and develop and your own countermoves during the sparring experience.

Sparring is done under the supervision of a Bua Boxing Coach, to guide and advise you throughout.

Please note, sparring practice is currently open to active Bua Boxing Members, and those cleared to participate by our Head Coach.
